Everything was splendid Except that I was helped off with 1 sandal and the velcro strap was open before I could shout no And I am now trying to get it to work again. The lat time On the velcro closure where the sandal is extremely comfortable and anything else is very painful, and now I can't wear my sandals until I can find the sweet spot again. Hank is very personable and competent. For decades I have been coming here, initially always to see Dr. Kelly Kinsley, who helped me with several issues. Wasn't expecting the cryo therapy, but it sounded like a way to minimize bleeding (I take Elequis blood thinner because of a Polycythemia Vera condition). The treatment was almost totally pain free, and at least the first day afterward was without incident.
