About Peter Young, PA-C

Peter Young, PA-C, joins North Pacific Dermatology remotely, providing telemedicine appointments to expand access to dermatologic care in the region. Mr. Young studied at the University of Montana and Idaho State University, and completed his dermatology training at the Stanford University School of Medicine, where he now teaches as an adjunct faculty member. Mr. Young has been practicing medical and surgical dermatology since early 2019, and has co-authored over 50 scientific publications. He is also a dermatology subject matter expert for the National Commission on Certification of PAs and has provided expert commentary to MedScape, the Boston Globe, The Dermatologist magazine, and other health news platforms. Mr. Young is a devoted husband and father and strives to provide the same excellent and thoughtful care for his patients that he would want close relatives to receive.
