I would have rated my visit 5 stars, but Levi, who escorted me into the room and set me up, actually put on the paper gown themselves before handing it to me to put on. I didn't say anything to them, but it was kind of weird...as if they were showing me how to put it on. Strange. Everything else was fine

Visit was pleasant due to the way Dr. Vos handled it. He recommended a few things I am and will be trying. He explained my situation and what to expect in future. He addressed my main concern and what my Dr. had referred me for. I much appreciated that. On my behalf, I felt like a person, not just another number. However, I forgot to mention a couple of things on my arms that bother me. I will ask about those when I see him again in 3 months. I was very satisfied with my visit. I also like not only him, but all the staff I interacted with.

Casey has a careful eye, a soft touch, but gets in there and does the job. I appreciate that she has a medical background along with an aesthetic background, plus tons of experience. A whole week later and my face still felt clean! Can't wait to go back.

This was my first visit to NPD. The preliminary paperwork was straightforward and contained all the information I needed prior to my appointment. The front desk was cordial and efficient both at arrival and check out. The medical technician was friendly, professional and answered my questions. Dr. Parker was through in his examination and explained what he found and the best course of action would be going forward. The procedures were simple, painless and quick. Overall, l felt comfortable and confident in the care I received at NPD.

Everything was splendid Except that I was helped off with 1 sandal and the velcro strap was open before I could shout no And I am now trying to get it to work again. The lat time On the velcro closure where the sandal is extremely comfortable and anything else is very painful, and now I can't wear my sandals until I can find the sweet spot again. Always best to ask 1st.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Kinsley for over 8 years now. He’s one of the doctors that truly saved my life when I got skin cancer. Very professional, smart and a genuinely nice guy. He takes the time to listen to all my concerns and addresses them. If I find a problem area, l don’t have to wait 6 months to get in to see him. His staff gets me I as soon as possible, which is nice. I could go on and on, but I think you get the point.

Doctor Hank Parker is a delightful, as well as a skilled, professional dermatologist. As a older woman who sees many health professionals during the year, my yearly visit to my annual dermatology appointment is the only one I don't fret and get stressed about. And ... the front desk is efficient and I look forward to seeing Hank and staff again in 2025 at their new office.

We did forget to cover one item, the redness at the end of my nose. That's o.k., but I want to make sure it is addressed next visit in 6 months.

Wasn't expecting the cryo therapy, but it sounded like a way to minimize bleeding (I take Elequis blood thinner because of a Polycythemia Vera condition). The treatment was almost totally pain free, and at least the first day afterward was without incident.
